Fibery has grown over the last year as a system for team collaboration & productivity, with better design and better features that people are raving about. This is one that is on Francesco’s radar for 2025:

2. Morgen’s New AI Frames

Morgen has released a new AI feature called smart frames allowing you to pool from tasks and perfectly place tasks based on the task of tasks that you do during the day at set time. Impressing us so far.

Craft entered the world of task management & databases.

With their new release they introduce better tasks, calendar abilities, document styling & databases, in their biggest release to date.

4. Hoop’s AI Vision

Hoop consolidates tasks during meetings into one base. For busy professionals, this new AI-powered app has potential, even with a pricier subscription fee, but enters a new world of AI agents that could be interesting.

5. Blitzit

The recently released Blitzit seems to be impressing people with its lifetime offer and combination of task and timer management for desktop devices. We tested it and here’s our take:

6. Motion’s New Agenda

Motion introduce a cleaner way to see your upcoming tasks and better system for managing your workload. They’ve also tucked away a lot of the features into the left hand sidebar too.

7. Akiflows’ AKI AI

Akiflow entered the AI assistant world with the first iterations of their AI tool embedded into Akiflow, called Aki. We were umming and arghing what they’d call it, between Flow & Aki, but Aki does sound better.
