Opening my laptop each morning to email, I see a dozen new app review requests.

šŸ“± Without a doubt, productivity apps are everywhere. Not only in our pockets, but becoming household conversations, workplace debates and even gym-talk for the nerdy amongst us.

ā¬‡ļø The penetration of productivity software in the last 5 years has been overwhelming, with solutions screaming for your attention and the temptation to switch at an all-time high.

šŸ‘€ Donā€™t get me wrong, the last few years have introduced tools like Notion, Coda, Superhuman and many more ā€” but the reality is, thereā€™s never been a tougher time to choose an app and most importantly remain mindful of your core goals and tasks.

šŸŽÆ The building and the administration of tools can sometimes get in the way of the actual work itself, which replicated daily can have lasting effects.

A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to record a short series of videos with Anne-Laure Le Cunff, a very wise expert in the world of balancing work/life.

Running Ness Labs, she offers community-based learning approaches and better, more mindful ways to approach productivity.

She explores why exactly mindful productivity and doing less, but more important workload is far more valuable than overloading your lists.

This essence of mindful productivity is something we brought into Bento, a minimal tool helping you to do less, but more meaningful tasks.
