Best Note-Takers of 2025
The best note-taking tools for your productivity this year
There are plenty of different note-taking applications on the market right now, and I wanted to dive into a lot of different ones that are going to help you boost your productivity.
Many of them are a range of PKM apps, which stand for Personal Knowledge Management, but also others that are good at helping you plan your notes alongside your tasks and your calendar.
1. Obsidian
The first application on the list is Obsidian.
Obsidian is a great application if you’re looking for a free PKM app that’s going to help you to balance your notes and connect them up using a bi-directional links and graph view.
This application is easy to use once you get started and allows you to take your notes to the next level, especially if you’re deep into personal knowledge management and bringing ideas together.
