This is a look at what tools I’m currently using for managing work and productivity alike. From tasks capture to taking offline notes, I’m trying to reduce the amount of tools I’m using — as you can

The framework that everything is built off is Getting Things Done by David Allen — as I find his methodology of capture, organize, do to work well for me.

✅ Things 3 — for task lists + week plans

Things is my personal assistant for capturing tasks and lining my week with things to do. It works well on my iOS and Mac devices.

📝 Evernote — personal notes & quick docs

Despite their lack of innovation, Evernote is the home to my notes. I still use it weekly to collect useful + vital information (from health data to house info).

🪴 ReMarkable 2 — my offline notes

Like my on-the-go paper stack. I use this for capturing ideas, sketching thoughts and journaling. I send everything on into my Evernote.

☎️ Notion — workspace for editing & video plans
