1. Notion

First and foremost, Notion. You probably guessed this was the number one. Whilst Notion has captured the heart of millions over the last 2 years, it still hasn’t gone “mainstream” — 2020 is the year of Notion’s explosion.

2. Fibery

Now, with all great tools like Notion, come competitors. Competitors help each space grow, like with Evernote — we had OneNote, like with Gmail — we have Outlook and with Google Calendar — we have Fantastical 2.

3. Woven

Calendar tools have been stagnant for years, ever since the days of Sunrise. But now, Woven has stepped in to take the crown. With scheduling tools and a pretty fluid UI, this is the new Sunrise Calendar of the 2020 era.

4. Superhuman

This email newcomer is setting the standard for tools in the productivity space, super speedy service and email triage functions that’ll make you weep, even with Superhuman’s $30 a month pricing — it’s impressed hundreds.

5. ClickUp

The project management software has blasted into the desktop of many companies in 2018 and 2019 and now they continue their feature-rich assault by delivering regular updates for an exciting, flexible project manager.
