David uses an inbox to help capture new items. From articles to ideas. He manages everything here. He uses Notion’s “new item” template function for adding new items easily. Very impressive. He explains his use in the video.
⬕ Personal: Dashboard

A panel to see everything, from events to foods and recipes, a truly open dashboard of what’s going on in his personal life.
⬕ Task Board: Viewing it all

Being able to see all that’s on and seeing the many board views helps David to get things done. See things based on labels and views helps him to see what’s important and up next for him.
