Microsoft introduce “Storylines”

A new way to share success at work with stories

A new team feature in Microsoft Viva & 365, they’ve added a new feature called Storyline — for celebrating “experiences” and share work success.

📸 What is Storyline?

Much like Instagram Stories (and all the others) Microsoft have introduced this ability inside of popular platform Microsoft Viva for sharing updates through short video clips or announcement posts.

You can share posts, join communities and upload videos/photos to to your story feed, much like you’d do with traditional social media.

This storyline ability is baked into Microsoft Viva Engage.

👀 Closer Look

Well-designed Microsoft Storyline does look very much like Facebook Stories.

With profile pages, inside of Viva Engage, you can upload thoughts, see activity and clip bookmarks. You can even join communities too.
